At Taylor’d Screens, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and the materials we use. This guarantee reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and professional service.
What’s Covered
✅ Workmanship
We guarantee all work performed by Taylor’d Screens to be free from workmanship defects. If any issue arises that is directly related to our labor, we will return and correct it at no cost to you.
✅ Screen Material Defects
If your screen shows a visible defect or flaw in the material itself — such as manufacturing lines, warping, or tearing not caused by outside forces — we will replace the screen at no cost to you, including labor. We handle the claim directly with the manufacturer so you don’t have to.
What’s Not Covered
❌ Damage caused by storms, high winds, animals, pets, accidents, or pressure washing
❌ Screens damaged by objects, debris, or human interference
❌ Natural wear and tear, including fading, fraying, sagging, or corrosion over time
❌ Issues caused by existing structural movement or work performed by others
❌ Damage to components not installed by Taylor’d Screens
